The SJCAM M60S (1CH) is a compact single-channel 4K dash camera engineered for everyday vehicle security. Featuring a 140° wide-angle lens, Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) exposure control, and 24-hour parking surveillance options, it delivers crystal-clear front windshield coverage in all lighting conditions.

How It Avoids Battery Drain & Storage Limits. To safely record for 24 hours straight without issues, the camera relies on two primary mechanics:

• Power Supply (The Hardwire Kit) Not included: The dash cam’s small internal battery cannot power 24-hour recordings. It requires an optional SJCAM hardwire step-down cable connected directly to your vehicle's fuse box. This kit safely draws power from your car battery and includes an automatic low-voltage cut-off to prevent your car battery from draining completely.
• Loop Recording & Capacity Management: The M60S saves video files in short chunks (typically 1, 3, or 5 minutes). It supports microSD cards up to 256GB. If the card fills up, Loop Recording automatically overwrites the oldest, unprotected files first. However, any file triggered by a collision or manual lock is completely safe from being deleted.
