Product overview
Slim but protected. The Ventus 5G is far thinner and lighter than a typical rugged phone, yet it is sealed to IP69, tested to MIL-STD-810H and rated for 1.5 m drops. The bundled transparent case has reinforced BumpAIR corners for extra impact protection.
Display, performance and cameras. The 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel refreshes at 120 Hz. The Dimensity 7100 is paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of fast UFS 3.1 storage; note that there is no microSD slot. The 108 MP main camera is joined by a night-vision camera and records video at up to 2.5K/60 fps, and the front camera is 32 MP.
Connectivity and battery. 5G with VoLTE and VoWiFi, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and a nano SIM plus eSIM are supported, along with an offline voice-messaging feature between Ventus phones over up to 200 m. The 5000 mAh silicon-carbon battery charges at up to 45 W over USB-C and offers a power-bank mode. The manufacturer states five years of software support from purchase. A charger is not included in the box.
